Adam bakes artisan-style breads, using time and technique to create outstanding flavors and textures. Breads are made with no preservatives but will be baked as close to delivery as possible. Sourdough breads offer surprisingly long shelf-life and breads can be packaged in either paper or plastic bags upon request. Paper bags are recommended to maintain the crisp crust of hearth loaves, while plastic bags are recommended for soft, sandwich loaves.
